About a quarter of a glass has leaked (estimated). There was tape on one side of the lid and no tape on the other, so it must have loosened a bit in transit. The box had no "this side up" arrow and it arrived sideways. It's Woolite so it's great. I will give this seller another chance because they have the best price per ounce. If I have the same problem a second time I will look elsewhere. The product itself is fantastic!
