I ordered this for a friend of mine who had a dental practice and works in customer service, first class work. She lisps a little; However, it is like having a retainer or other piece of tooth in your mouth that you have to get used to and learn how to change the position of your tongue when speaking. Since the teeth are not bleached or artificially colored, they look real. The only downside is that they are quite big so it's better to order small ones unless you have a big mouth. For less than $20, my girlfriend will get through February when she gets her implants. It arrived in three days using standard shipping which is a plus during this busy holiday season!
