Can’t locate customer service!
I purchased the 120” rod and like other people have mentioned, the 3rd pole has threads on it for a finial & of course you don’t put one in the middle of the curtain so I thought it was sent in error so I reordered another.
Guess what? Got the 2nd one today and it is the same exact way! The small middle rod does not go into the 2 side rods! I’m so frustrated at this point! Not to mention, I still have to make a trip to return the 1st box! I want someone to contact me immediately since I’m unable to find a customer service number.
- Very simple to put together. Looks very high quality.
- The rods may not be long enough to fit larger windows, making them unusable in many rooms
