Despite claims that the Xbox gamepad is more comfortable and functional, I opted for Sony because of my previous experience with the PlayStation 1. The DualSenseX application, which can be downloaded for free if you're using the controller on a PC, lets you customize a number of parameters, including the responsiveness of the controller's R2 and L2 triggers.
