As someone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen, I'm always on the lookout for great baking tools. After using this product, I can confidently say that it's one of the best purchases I've made for my home and kitchen. The commercial weight of this bakeware ensured even baking and prevented any burning that I've experienced with other pans. As a result of using this product, I found that my cookies came out perfectly every time. The only downside is that it's a bit heavier than other pans, but the quality and durability is worth it.
