Stops working after a few days

I have used these bulbs on our leopard gecko for years and this is the only time I order them from Revain have. com instead of having to buy one locally at the pet store. It stopped working after just a few days, which surprised me as others I had bought worked for a year or two. Now I will buy them locally.
