Review on 💧 Aquasana OptimH2O Reverse Osmosis Remineralizer System by Tyler Markham

I installed several of these for friends and family and I liked the taste of the water but the one I ordered for myself a few months ago leaked like crazy. The support team kept blaming different parts and (after major delays) sent new parts and then still charged me for shipping. After 2 months I returned the whole device because one of the support people said that this is a manufacturing issue in China and you just have to wait a few months and order again. So I waited and reordered. . .same results. The 2nd new block also leaks around the filters but now the pressure is also so bad that even if there weren't horrible leaks it would take 2-3 minutes to fill a 16oz cup - no joke ! The support team promised to send the parts (shipping costs still apply, of course), but this time I didn't even bother to send anything. None of the other equipment I have installed for others is leaking so this must be a quality control issue. I wish it would work because the water tastes really amazing, but really?! . . . No quality control, no serious customer service, and they end up charging the customer to repair their product by shipping and returning it, even if the system is still under warranty. Save yourself hassle and headaches. Buy something else.
