Installed the system last weekend and it is working very well so far. I don't have the constant drainage issue that other reviews have mentioned. It drains a little when the tank is full (which is to be expected!), but stops when the tank is full. I installed it myself. I'm not a plumber but some basic knowledge, skill and patience is required. Installation takes around 2+ hours if you go slow and deliberate and follow all the instructions carefully. You will need 1) a drill, 2) drill bit, 3) a Phillips screwdriver, and 4) a small adjustable wrench. The support team kept blaming different parts and (after major delays) sent new parts and then still charged me for shipping.
