The customer service is phenomenal! They are always available to answer any questions you may have via email or text messages (which I love).
You can expect your project completed well before it's due date - that means less stress as both parties know exactly where they stand with their respective deadlines :) This also gives me peace of mind knowing my job will be done right every time even if we do run into some issues along our way which inevitably happen from day one until completion but again nothing too big since everything has been resolved immediately so far ;).
