I watched a YouTube video on how to install these actuators on a 2005 Caravan. On the passenger sliding door, I drilled a 1/2" hole to access the T-15 Torx screw that holds the factory actuator in place. First I did the passenger door. Took me about 40 minutes from start to finish. The driver's sliding door did not require drilling to access the T-15 Torx screw. It took me about 18-20 minutes on the driver's side. If I had to replace them one more time, I could do them both in about 35-43 minutes. The panels are quite tight when you take them off, but it all worked without any of the clips breaking. On the driver's side there is a Phillips head screw in the top pocket that must be removed before the panel can be removed. I wish I could take photos but I was glad to get them working again. what I did. Used some of the tools in the picture to remove the panels. Not necessarily, but I think it's gotten a little easier.
