LONG POST but here is a bad pic of Quantum X Vacuum. I have looked at many reviews on many different vacuum cleaners. My last one didn't even collect small rocks. I have laminate throughout the house. After much discussion, we settled on the Quantum X Vacuum. We bought it direct from them. I just received it today. I've been sweeping every other day since my last vacuum broke. At least I thought I was sweeping! I LOVE this vacuum cleaner. As long as it keeps working like this, I will always have it! • From the reviews, I noticed that everyone complained about the black insert in the water tank that dirt gets stuck behind. It says to remove it when draining! It is very easy to remove and reinstall. Remember to clean the black insert when emptying the water tank. • I noticed from the reviews that everyone is saying how difficult it is. When I press it, I leave it aside. Great help! Otherwise it's not that difficult for me. • I've never seen anyone in reviews talk about hair getting stuck in a brush with an electric head. After cleaning two rooms, he has almost no hair left! They said to use scissors or a blade to trim the hair and let the hair suck into the vacuum every 5-7 uses. My last vacuum's brush was covered in hair from just one room.* Reviews say the powerful brush head doesn't twist or spin. It is not. I don't seem to have a problem with that, but it would help maneuver a little better. * I haven't seen any reviews of the vacuum cleaner around the baseboards. It cleans around baseboards. Everything took over. You may have to move to the side or in front of the vacuum to collect everything, but it cleans everything. This is because it is close to the vertical position. It never really stopped, but I just pulled it out from under the furniture.* You can use scents. You sell them. Their oils have been tested and approved. They told me I could use my own but it might pollute the water tank. I have the option to buy a new water tank if I don't like the dirty color. They told me that if I decide to use my own oils, that doesn't void the warranty. * 30 Day Guarantee: You have to pay for shipping (if you bought directly through them). You can choose your carrier when returning. * 3 Year Warranty: You have to pay for the item to be sent to them for repair/replacement. You pay for the shipping back to you. This is a limited warranty: does not apply to belts/brushroll/commercial use/etc.* It's a bit noisy, but you get used to it quickly. I'm not sure anyone can sleep while you vacuum in the next room unless they're a sound sleeper.* It doesn't have the ability to be an air purification system like a rainbow.
