Stopped working after 2 weeks

I really liked this vacuum cleaner but after 2 weeks of use it suddenly stopped working. The company sent us a new cable with no problems, customer service was quick and easy, but it just won't turn on. Very disappointed! I am requesting a refund.

A lot of trouble for money!

The first few times I used it it worked great. Then he stopped sucking. They sent me a new one and after a few uses it makes a strange noise, doesn't vacuum and shuts off because it's getting hot. It wasn't worth my $400

Your customer service saves you.

I have a few things that break in the process. The plug of my socket is broken. The plastic piece you remove to insert the attachments is also broken. I love the vacuum design. I wish they had made it with better materials. Your customer service is amazing and very responsive. Dispatches replacement parts quickly without having to jump through hoops.

Cheaply made for post

Only with a singular asterisk because it arrived. plastic is cheap. So cheap that the emblem sticker doesn't hold the emblem. in front of them. no sides. If you have dogs, then he clogs the fur and clogs the little black one who does the sucking. It's damn cheap. I put the canister 3 times. When assembling and cleaning 2 times. I was afraid it would crack. The product does not match the price. If it was less than 100.00. Do not buy.

BEST. VACUUM. JE.

I cannot stress enough that this vacuum cleaner is a game changer, especially if you have pets. We vacuum every day and the day we got this we wanted to try it and OMG! I couldn't believe how much dirt, grime and hair he pulled out of our already 'clean' carpet. I was a little afraid of spending that kind of money on a vacuum cleaner. I'm so glad I did. Just used it in our RV and was shocked and amazed at what it pulled out of there. The fact that it can take on both wet and dry was the best…

As homeowners, we have owned various brands of hand vacuums for over 25 years. Quantum X is a quantum leap above the rest. It was packaged very well and was very easy to set up. This vacuum is lightweight, moves easily from wood to carpet, has exceptional suction power, and an easy-to-use telescopic extension that allowed us to reach dust balls that weren't there before. LONG POST but here is a bad pic of Quantum X Vacuum. I have looked at many reviews on many different vacuum cleaners. My last one didn't even collect small rocks. I have laminate throughout the house. After much discussion, we settled on the Quantum X Vacuum. We bought it direct from them. I just received it today. Cleans Great Vacuum Cleaner

This vacuum cleaner does exactly what it was designed to do. I grew up with a rainbow and wanted to go back to a water filter because our HEPA filtered vacuum smells like it's blowing dirt into the air. Can't afford a rainbow and am intrigued by the new vertical water filter design at a good price. I live in a rental house with white Berber carpets that must be from the 90s.
