I bought a life jacket for my one year old son who is 22 pounds and 30 inches. It was the perfect match! I know he feels safe and comfortable in it. I find the quality to be good and rate it highly as it offers sufficient safety for children. However, I strongly recommend that you never leave your baby/toddler unattended while using this device.
