You get what you pay for
Service and delivery were great but the filter has no gasket at the bottom making it difficult to install in a standard home - you really have to turn the crank to get it to get the body pressed against the ring. The media is also coarse, offering minimal filtration. Do yourself a favor and buy a higher quality filter - you can get real GAC filters for only twice the price of any filter.
