**REVIEW UPDATE** I originally gave this product 3 stars. I'm updating this review to 5 stars for the company's customer service. The product itself continues to be rated 4 stars. The reason for this is that the company sent me a replacement tent claiming to have upgraded parts. It wasn't necessarily right, but they get an A for their efforts. I still had to modify the crossover stays, which were about 4 inches too long. This was a fairly simple fix, requiring the posts to be disassembled and excess length removed. Still a very good product for the price. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** That's why I gave it 3 stars. When I first tried to set it up both cross braces broke. They were obviously too long and brittle. Rather than return the tent, I decided to fix the poles by taking them apart, cutting off the broken part (about 5 inches from both poles), and reassembling. Slightly shortened chopsticks fit much better, but in my opinion the degree of irritation is lower. On a positive note, by the time I fixed the poles a cold front had passed and I could see how difficult it was to set up in 20m/s wind. While difficult, it wasn't impossible and I was able to successfully attach it to the truck. Good experience as I see it. Without the poles, the tent would have easily got 4, maybe 5 stars. At some point I will have to replace them. Reasonable price.
