UPDATE: Contacted customer support directly and resolved the issue in a timely manner. They sent me a new cable with a protection plan. Very happy with how everything was done. I tried to make a presentation. I give a lecture every week. There were about four presentations in total. This last presentation was about to start and it just didn't work at all. If you wiggle it a little, the image appears briefly, but it doesn't stay. I would say that the quality of the material is not very good. I have taken very good care of it every time I have used it. I would roll it up again and put it in the original packaging. Overall very disappointed with the product. I wish I knew for a 30 day return. i just want my money back
