This product really works. The first thing to consider is pepper spray. In hindsight, I would have preferred some sort of sponge applicator like shoe polish to a spray bottle. I usually unscrew the lid, place it on a paper towel, and wipe off anything I don't want dogs to chew on. The spray seems to spray enough of it that it makes me sneeze and also bothers dog noses. Wipe off what you want the dogs to leave alone and they will leave it alone! Power cords, baseboards, chair legs, shoelaces, sofas, etc. save your sanity!
