I've snowboarded about 5 times this season and finally decided to buy a pair of pants for a 3 day trip. It really saved my ass. Literally. I often fall on my buttocks and thighs. Without them I had severe tailbone and hip pain the next day, but wearing them I had no pain at all the entire trip. YES, they are very small. I'm a 16/210 lb women's size and the XXL size was tight. NO, you can't see it through my winter pants. You would never guess I'm wearing them. I would recommend them to anyone who is just starting out in winter sports. I didn't give 5 stars because the size is too big. I haven't washed them either so I don't know how they're holding up but honestly for $20 if they fall apart I'll just buy a new pair. Its worth it.
