Made from high quality molded plastic but strong enough, the wheels spin easily and roll well. You have to attach casters, but they are easy to attach and have nylon lock nuts to keep them from loosening. Only one of the wheels has a brake, which isn't enough to stop it when all four wheels and tires were on it. Any slight tilt or bump from the person leaning against it only shifts the whole thing. The brake blocks the wheel, but the wheel just glides over the concrete floor. Overall it's very convenient and easy to move my wheels and tires around the garage, I just wish all four wheels had brakes.
