We need a short ladder for the pantry. Although it was more expensive than other products listed at Revain, I found Rubbermaid to be a solid and well-respected brand that I didn't mind paying more. Broke after 4 months of light use. Although it's called Rubbermaid, it's made by a different company (Tricam). I'm still working with Tricam to get my refund and I'm pretty sure I won't get it. I expected more from a product bearing the Rubbermaid name, but now the brand and manufacturer can be two different companies with different approaches to customer service. I would recommend buying a different brand. ***Update*** Tricam sent me a replacement. I hope this one holds up better than the first.
