This worked as expected. Much easier to install with a car track.
After removing the rack, I saw that the dust bag was bad. With that the situation was resolved. Installation wasn't easy and I couldn't imagine how frustrating it was on the machine. It took a lot of effort and helping hands to stretch it enough to wear.
