I bought this product because of RABBIT's ease of use and reputation. I found the foil cutter to be poorly designed and practically useless. Instead of 2 curved cutting blades that you can squeeze and apply even pressure to the foil as you turn the bottle, it has 2 small blades with wheels that don't feel very sharp on one side of the cutter. You need to press the cutter against the neck of the bottle and apply pressure where the "blades" meet the bottle as you rotate the bottle. It's hard to do. I do not use it. I got a foil cutter from another knife I use. The second thing you need to know is how to remove the cork from the remover when the remover stops and cannot remove the cork from the opener like it happened to me once. When the instructions came with the opener I didn't save them so I didn't know about the procedure. Under the detachable top (foil cutter) is a small switch with a pinhole through which you access the charging port. Use a needle or other small "tool" and insert it to start the engine. I used a toothpick. Otherwise it works as described and is a very good product.
