Review on Samsung YX-M1Z Helix XM2go Portable Satellite Radio featuring Built-in MP3 Player by Gabe Smith

I was so excited about this unit but found it was not of the quality I was expecting. Firstly, the FM transmitter only works in the car dock (not included). So if you plan to use it at home, make sure your stereo has audio jacks or an auxiliary jack. Second, the product was defective. My mp3 songs are sometimes repetitive and the headphone jack is broken causing the audio to cut out and sound bad unless you leave the cable in the unit. This happens with both MP3 and XM satellite radio, so I know it's not receiving. Samsung offered to fix the problem but their tech support is terrible and ignorant. Lets see what happens.
