Review on 🌡️ Enhanced UEi Test Instruments 550B Digital Portable Thermometer by Andrew Woodruff

Works for quickly measuring air and pipe temp, running water etc. I have two, have been using one for several years. The battery lasts a long time and has never been changed. The magnet at the base of the probe allows it to cling to ceiling vents, just don't drop it from above and gouge your eye out :) Both of my thermometers read +/- 0.1 degrees, what for my use is fine if you need something that is very accurate look for something that will give very accurate temperatures this is a quick pocket style. Even though the head is so big, I don't recommend carrying it in the front pocket. A bit clunky for this purpose. I prefer the easy-to-read display of this thermometer over something that would be more pocket-friendly like the side-display types. The head is covered with a thick black rubber screen. Pull back the screen to access the battery compartment. The one I received had a plastic molded pocket clip as part of the scabbard rather than the chrome clip shown in the photo, I don't mind that at all. The hole or "loop" at the end of the sheath (the lowest part of the picture is used to support the thermometer in some way. Thread the sensor through the loop and use it to support it. I find it easier to mount the thermometer on its display and just point it up so as i take the air temp not sure how useful this loop design is i still cant figure it out i really like this thermometer have both Served me well for what I do with them...if I ever break one I just buy another one.I've had other types that were much less durable so I settled on this one and haven't regretted
