This works fine in my particular application. I use this as a "backup" in case my IFTTT rules don't work on my phone. I don't carry this with me every day, but I can see how easy it is to press the raised buttons. The key fob is also in the wrong place; someone missed the design there. The icons on the buttons are so similar and not intuitive at all. Only an experienced iSmartAlarm user can figure out which button does what (and it looks like the same layout as the mobile app). But again, since this is my backup arm/disarm remote, it works great for me.
