I only give it 4 stars because the brass exhaust was not the same size as my original OEM part. The small 1990-2000 HP Evinrude uses a 5/32 diameter hose between the pump and the carburetor/primer assembly. This is significantly smaller than the 3/16 impulse hose nipple. However, the threads are identical, so you can simply replace the nipple from the old pump. The pump works fine. There are several leak reports, but I have no problems. I quickly tightened the bolts as they often loosen 1/8th of a turn even on the OEM version. All in all, even with the fake nipple, it's hard to complain considering it costs less than half its OEM counterpart.
