Their support team is great, they are always available and willing to help when you have any questions or problems. Also their pricing is fair considering how much functionality they offer. We've been using FreeChat for quite some time now and we haven't come across anything that we dislike about it. We have a number of applications running at various domains/websites. At each application there is a separate chat room. FreeChat allows us to keep all those rooms in one single place where our customers can easily interact with us.
