They're really good. I've used them once and they work like a charm. They are SHARP / POINTED. So be careful. A little oversight and you'll get ears. Speaking from experience. They seem to be doing their job very well. What I like about them is that they come in two sizes. The smaller allows for more dexterous use. The other, larger, is for larger items such as steaks, pork chops, chicken thighs and breasts. I had a wooden handle and they seem to be of good quality. I don't think it will completely replace my pliers, but it will be used just as often. This is a great grilling tool. I wish I had known that earlier.
