Good stones, cheap plastic.
I recently received my order and was very excited to use my new Mikarto Precision Ware sharpening stones. level and cleanliness. The only thing I have is the quality of the base holder and storage lid. Whilst it was a practical storage idea and all the features were there, the storage box appeared to be made out of cheap flimsy plastic and was delivered to me cracked and broken. It can still be used but is not ideal for long sessions of grinding and grinding. If the storage box and base were better and more durable I would happily purchase more than the set I currently have.
