Item worked good as descriptors but for some reason the cats didn’t like it. We have other styles of fountain for years but for some reason they weren’t thrilled with this one. My only gripe is the filter cartridge for it. It’s a tiny little thing and mostly plastic and not much of a filter. The filter looked very proprietary to that pump. Have other similar ones that are more wide availability.Pros to this one, if power goes out they still have a water bowl. Large reservoir of water. Easy to clean.Cons, the filter cartridge.If the cats would have used it I would have kept it despite the filter and could have MacGyver’d something or replaced the pump and or filter if needed but the pumps are just as much as the set.
