Review on ⚓️ NOCO Genius GEN5X3 - 3-Bank, 15-Amp Smart Marine Charger - 12V Onboard Battery Charger with Desulfator, Temperature Compensation by Ken Reiff

I bought it about 6 months ago and now it doesn't work as you can see in the video. In the time that he is on the job he has done an excellent job maintaining and charging my trolling batteries. But then it wasn't. I contacted Noco about this as I thought it had a 3 year guarantee. But obviously if someone cuts the wires to extend the DC cables (as should be done with at least one or two DC cables on any of these devices) the warranty will be void. That's not acceptable to me. As far as I can remember there is nothing like that in the manual. If you want to void your warranty you will need to cut between the fuses and the eye plug. Which IMHO is stupid. But now I know what to do with companies like Minn Kota or Pro Marnier. Because their warranty still covers the warranty wherever you cut leads. Just a word of warning to people thinking of buying this. Such money for a 6-month use is unacceptable.
