Original, side by side, no small hose connection, right side. On road.

Please note the application for your pump. My fuel pump has 2 hoses and a large base. This pump says it fits my 2011 FLHX. Unfortunately this will not work. I needed the HFP-371 which has all the identical features. I called Jr this morning and we have confirmed that the part is not suitable for this application and he is sending the correct unit so I can return the one that was supplied.
