Great Bread Machine

My mother asks me to buy a bread machine for her and she sends it to me. This Panasonic 250 is also sold in China but the ones sold in China are produced locally, compared to those made in Japan and sold in China their quality is not too good as the inner coating layer is aluminum alloys. The one sold in the US has a fluoride diamond coating, although I'm not sure if this material can be harmful to humans as most fluorine compounds are toxic. It is very good against corrosion/stripping. Finally I got it myself and baked the first bread of my life. I used high gluten flour I found at a farmers market and it turned out to be perfect for making bread! The texture is really nice and elastic. and if you add water to the bread, it becomes very large because in homemade bread you wouldn't add leavening agents that add volume to the bread like they usually do in commercial bread. However, this machine makes very large movements when kneading the dough, almost like a washing machine! I was afraid that somehow he would fall. I don't know if anyone has the same problem, I may have put it on carpet which made it less stable when moving.
