My old mailbox fell apart. I need to dig a new hole but I didn't want to use post excavators. I found this and was skeptical, but it worked pretty easily. I had to pour some water on the bottom to loosen it up, but afterward she dug a perfectly sized hole for my new mailbox. I used it with a Ryobi 18v drill. If you had a more powerful seeder, you might not need to use water to loosen the soil.
