All I can say is WOW! This brush is the bomb when it comes to detangling hair. You can straighten your hair or add sleek volume by going under the hair instead of over it. I was nervous with my curly hair. Keratin treatments are expensive, have a questionable safety profile, and don't last long (at least for me). A few strokes through my hair and it's smooth as glass; I'm not joking. Ladies, if you are looking for a straightening brush, this is the ONE!
