The customer service has been excellent! They have worked with us to ensure that our needs are met while still keeping costs down for both of use parties involved (us as well their customers).

We will continue working together because we value what they can bring into an organization/project so early on when things were first beginning to get rolling. I'd like them do work other languages outside just English but this isn't something i've had experience doing yet myself - maybe someone else could chime in? This was helpful during very initial phases where you're trying to figure out how everything works before committing long term resources or time spent by your own teams who would be managing it all internally at some point.
