It looks like you'll have to drill holes in the roof.
It may work but there are very few instructions. It looked like you would have to drill holes in the roof to install it. It was a bit extreme. Without instructions or a template, we didn't dare try it. So we brought it back. Instead I'll try one that replaces the third brake light lens - no need to drill holes in the roof.
