I know this window cleaning tool - car window cleaner is inexpensive but they didn't include a bottle in my kit. It doesn't matter, but if they tell you the bottle is on, they should make sure to turn it on. The vacuum cleaner arm bends easily if you press on it too hard. As long as you rub it lightly it's fine, but if you push hard, like when the bug hits the window, you might run into a flexing problem. I like the differently shaped heads that come with the kit. Triangular fits easily in corners. Rectangular is great for large areas where you don't need to go into smaller corners. Microfiber covers fit both shapes, giving you four covers for each shape. If the bottle came with it and the handle didn't bend, this would be a good window cleaning kit! I recommend this, but keep it simple and don't push too hard!
