I used to have one that I was very happy with, but I gave it to my brother and bought a new one for myself. I had one with faulty bluetooth (appears but couldn't connect - tried 3 phones and a laptop). It was unusable so I sent it back with no problems. I then received an email from Lizebest offering a free replacement. This came as a surprise as this is a really cheap product I didn't expect there would be any problems. Long story short, I got a replacement that works great with Torque (Android) as expected. Also with my Saab, who is a bit picky about devices. Aside from the initial failure with a faulty part, it's worth the price. It can do the same as the more expensive ones. If you are having trouble establishing a Bluetooth connection after pairing, you can try selecting the device from the Torque Devices menu. Conclusion: very friendly customer service and a good product.
