Here's another example of a company that took the time to develop a quality product. I have to say I've bought other smart plugs that worked but didn't work all the time. This is my third purchase of the Eve Energy Smart Plug. So far I haven't had any problems. I also checked the response time for this plug compared to the WEMO PLUG. The Eve Energy fork was more responsive than the WEMO fork every time. That's probably because the thread. If you think long-term, start building your smart home with quality products like this one. The build quality is much better than other connectors I have. Now I try to stick to all products designed with Thread technology. In addition, this fork has other features that cheaper forks do not have. I have Alexa devices at home. However, I am migrating all my devices to Apple HomeKit. That doesn't mean Alexa doesn't work well. It certainly is. But I want all devices in my SmartHome to speak the same language :).
