Be careful, they flicker!

I bought these to put on the mantel hidden under the TV. What I don't understand is that half of them are blinking. It's bright and sunny at the moment, so tonight we'll see if the flickering is nasty. Fingers crossed because I think they're beautiful. Stationary lights are a brighter LED than flickering ones.
