It seems that most of the positive reviews about this product are due to smaller drives. I should have paid more attention to this as my drive had already died after 3 weeks of ownership. I'm not exactly sure what killed it, but the drive is definitely unusable now. I was concerned this would happen when testing the transfer speed. Less than MB/s and often drops to 0 for a few minutes before pulling again. It was of course the writing speed. Reading speed didn't seem noticeably slow. I just think whatever the company did to squeeze the storage down to 128GB meant sacrificing the health and usability of the device (something common for those capabilities, but you still want to a good product if you pay money for it ) and that was a mistake.
