Review on ⚙️ MITXPC MX500 Industrial Fanless Mini-ITX Case with Wall Mount Bracket for Enhanced SEO by Hunter Feerey

Hot but works right away. Can be DIY to meet your needs.

I ordered this case for a non-traditional NAS setup, digging in was easy enough and the case is more ITX friendly than it should be. The case also has a pre-punched/punched hole for the DC power supply that needs to be knocked out with a screwdriver or a set of punches. 56. Thermal performance is admittedly an issue, but the thoughtful inclusion of mounting holes for 2 x 40mm fans on the top and bottom of the case should keep temperatures within a reasonable range. One complaint I have to make is the position of the pillars below. Motherboard, it would be nice to add additional racks to match the length of DC power supplies like those on sale here on Amazon. This was an issue I encountered during build and in the end I decided to order another power supply that simply plugs into the motherboard 24 pin header rather than an additional standoff in the correct position to install for my power supply. in this case it serves many purposes. The mounting holes on the back allow mounting on Vesa compatible devices. Initially, I tried to solve the overheating problem by placing 40mm fans on the top and bottom, which were noisy due to the size, and due to the lack of feet, the case had to be laid on its side. An operation with a metal cutting attachment on my Dremel and a 50mm cooler plugged into the side plate was put on it. This case is fantastic for DIY gimmicks.
