The best thing about this software is its user friendly interface which allows users of all skill levels easy access into using it. I sometimes find myself in need of help from customer service but they are very quick at replying back! There isn't much that i dislike as everything works perfectly fine without any issues or errors whatsoever. So far so good! Nothing really bad comes up when working through the program. It has been an amazing experience dealing with these guys because not only do you get great support if there's something wrong your able to contact them via email 24/7. Their website can be difficult to navigate around especially during off hours (i work nights) however once you figure out how things function you won't have problems again! We use this product daily for accounting functions such as creating invoices etc. This helps us track our inventory better than ever before. With tracking we know exactly what stock needs replenishing and where we should focus more attention towards getting new.
