This is a cheap product obsessing over its stock. You can't keep rolling it over the dough and if it gets stuck you'll screw up the dough/noodles, especially if you're trying to use the ribbed rim. It doesn't look like a well made product. I had trouble using it with a straight edge and the jagged edge didn't run the full length of my paste without snagging. I'm only giving it 2 stars because it worked about 30% of the time, but there's no reason to buy it when other devices do their job 100% of the time.
