The thing is nice and sharp. Cleans well. I don't think the wheels will ever freeze. Although the ribbed side looks small, it's perfect for cakes.

This is a pasta cutter. It is good for cutting pasta. It is not equipped with Bluetooth and is not remotely controlled. Basically you roll pasta, cut it with this device, eat pasta, put the knife in the dishwasher and back in the drawer.

A few times a month we started having homemade pasta nights with friends and now the ravioli edges are easy to trim. I also use it when making anything with dough, be it a cake topper or fondant. It's easy to clean and seems to be holding up well.

Just used this to make olive oil and rosemary crackers - easy to cut pastry and it creates beautifully ruffled edges. I'm sure it will come in handy for other baking projects. The wheel is quite small so I don't know if it's strong enough to cut a large pizza, but it's enough to shape raw dough.

I bought this great tool to not only cut ravioli squares but also lasagne and pie crust strips! I also plan to use it for smaller circles of dough for small crusts (like pot pies) and while I haven't made them yet, I plan to use it to cut straighter lines for my shortbread cookies and even checkerboard cookies! It is very easy to clean, even by hand. Yes, it's a gift - for your daughter, grandpa, best friend or just for yourself :)

This is a cheap product obsessing over its stock. You can't keep rolling it over the dough and if it gets stuck you'll screw up the dough/noodles, especially if you're trying to use the ribbed rim. It doesn't look like a well made product. I had trouble using it with a straight edge and the jagged edge didn't run the full length of my paste without snagging. I'm only giving it 2 stars because it worked about 30% of the time, but there's no reason to buy it when other devices do their job 100%…
