Bought as a gift for my father, a tool he defiantly needed, many of the knives he owns have seen their fair share of utensils in the past and dealt with the abuse that always comes with the cooking. But after a while my father's knives got a little dull and annoying. Nobody needs a dull knife in the kitchen; Dull knives can cause the food you're preparing to turn into pancakes or fluffy pulp.
