Can't even heat 80 sqm. Feet above 3 degrees Fahrenheit

This review is for DeLonghi 1500W TRH0715 Oil Radiator Heater. I installed this heater in an 80 sqm apartment. Feet with standard ceiling height. 7 feet 9 inches. The specifications indicate that a room of 250 square meters can be heated. ft. Well, I would definitely like to see THAT! Look at the chart I saved today. I turned it on at 9:40 this morning and left it on all day and measured for 10 hours. I turned it all the way up, both switches were on and the temperature control was maxed out at 6 o'clock, see image. Temperature from 72 to 75 F. Our house also had a convection oven running at the time and there is a convection register in that room that is set at 72 and DeLonghi struggled to get a three degree increase given the 40 degree outside temperature. Day. What happens when it gets cold? models, so anyone can guess what the 6 on the dial means, but that's the maximum it's capable of and with both switches on it should generate heat with its 1500W rating. As you can see in the chart it didn't then hold 75 degrees in space, it fluctuated between 72.5 and 75 after reaching 75. I used a laser thermometer to measure the heating fin on the heater, always the top of the third fin on the panel for consistency. This is the fin value on the graph. I heard the thermostat go on and off so either there is something wrong with the thermostat on this heater, or its wattage is listed incorrectly, or 75F is its max wattage. This one is coming back because I don't think if it gets very cold this winter this heater can handle even 75F. The good news is that it's very quiet, and if you're in a very quiet room you can hear the faint click of the thermostat turning on and off. The "new" smell dissipated in just a few hours. If it were stronger, it would be a good heater. Does anyone have any recommendations for a quiet yet powerful 120VAC heater?
