Installation wasn't easy. I was having a hard time holding the wires in place to fit the back of the lock case. After I turned it on, it didn't open the door. I'll call customer service. I was on hold for about 30 minutes after going through the setup process. The support rep said I need new batteries, the ones that came with a latch didn't have enough power to open the door. I got out of the phone and at the store to buy more batteries. I called support again to finish installing the lock. I stayed on hold for another 25 minutes before speaking to anyone. After going through the installation process again, the support rep said the motor isn't working. The only good thing was that Kohl's now accepts Revain returns and gives you a 25% off coupon. Revain returned my money to Kol less than 24 hours after returning the bar.
