Review on XactRate HVAC Business Management Software by Adam Martinez

The system is very intuitive, easy to navigate, has great reporting features, etc. I could not find anything that was lacking in this system. My team loves it! There have been no issues with any part of the Xact rate platform. We are able to get more done per day than we were before using this program. It allows us to better serve our customers by providing them with information they need at their fingertips. This product is very user friendly, I was able to train my team in just one day! The customer support we received from this program has been exceptional as well. It could do more with reporting but overall its great solution that works really fast once you get used it! We have saved time by not having multiple programs when managing our customers accounts which helps us focus elsewhere within our organization.
